Bastion Mental Health, PLLC is dedicated to providing the highest quality, compassionate, and competent mental health care to patients of all ages, from children (age 5+) to the geriatric population (over 65 years of age). As an advanced practice provider, my goal is to extend evidence-based, collaborative, and patient-centered care to address the mental health needs of our community.

They will email you new patient paperwork, please have this filled out and returned to Headway 3-5 days before your appointment, they need this time to process it so I can see you.
